Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between netMitte and the customer via the Weddoo platform.

§ 2 Subject Matter

The provider makes the Weddoo platform available as SaaS. The scope of services depends on the chosen plan.

§ 3 Contract Formation

The contract is formed through registration and confirmation.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

All prices net plus VAT. Monthly billing in advance. Price changes with 4 weeks notice.

§ 5 Term and Cancellation

Indefinite contract, cancellable at any month-end. No minimum term.

§ 6 Availability

Target availability of 99.9% annual average, excluding planned maintenance.

§ 7 Data Protection

Processing in accordance with GDPR. Data on servers in Germany.

§ 8 Liability

Liability limited to gross negligence and intent.

§ 9 Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform remain with the provider. Customer content owned by the customer.

§ 10 Final Provisions

German law applies. Jurisdiction: Frankfurt am Main.
